is located in Broward County, Florida—founded in 2006 by Salvatore
Savino. Sal was in the food service industry as a restaurateur and restaurant builder/designer for much of his
life creating some of the Northeast's most popular and beautiful restaurants.
Known as a, ‘bit of a stickler’... perfection and “doing things the right way” was the rule for all Sal’s business
endeavors. There were no excuses or exceptions to this rule. “Striving to be the best at what we do, never
stops”. His legacy continues with son William. (‘Bill’)
